Nomadic Paradise Competition Terms & Conditions
By participating in the competition you are agreeing to these competition terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Nomadic Paradise. The competition is open to entrants over 16 years of age. Nomadic Paradise employees and associates are excluded from the draw. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
Spotted In Paradise Monthly Competition - WIN $500 of Nomadic Paradise Clothing
Enter by sharing your latest Nomadic Paradise look on Instagram, using the hashtags #spottedinparadise and #ClubNomadic, and tagging @nomadic_paradise.
One new winner will be selected every month, with the winner drawn and announced on the first Tuesday of each month.
The competition is completely free to enter and no purchase is required.
There will be one (1) winning prize awarded each month. The winning prize is $500RRP worth of Nomadic Paradise clothing, including tops, bottoms and accessories.
The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
This is not a game of chance. The winner will be chosen by a panel from the Nomadic Paradise Marketing Team based on the following factors; creativity in both imagery and caption, representation of the Nomadic Paradise brand including 90s vibes, hotel and resort style or outdoor culture.
Nomadic Paradise’s decision on the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The winner will be selected on the first Tuesday of the month from the pool of entrants in the month prior and notified via Instagram DM the same day.
Nomadic Paradise will make two attempts to contact the winner via Instagram DM. If the winner does not respond to the messages informing them of their win within 14 days of the second correspondence, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Nomadic Paradise reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered, otherwise alternative collection or delivery arrangements can be made through mutual agreement.
Entrants agree that any personal information provided when entering the competition will be used by Nomadic Paradise for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
The winner's Instagram post will be announced and shared on Nomadic Paradise's social media channels. Nomadic Paradise reserves the rights to use the uploaded media/entrants posts across owned channels, website, social media and email marketing communications.
Nomadic Paradise accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize. Nomadic Paradise reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
